PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of a bumper of constitution capable of positively tilting a rib, provided on a back face of a bumper main body for preventing the bumper from contacting a radiation fin on a front face of an air conditioner condenser or the like during a minor collision, in a direction away from the radiation fin for protecting internal installation parts. SOLUTION: A pair of ribs 10 are provided on the bumper main body 4 or a bumper grill 6 attached to the bumper main body 4. The pair of ribs 10 are arranged each in correspondence to rigid portions M (for example, a refrigerant circulating pipe 11) in positions on both sides and away from tbe radiation fin on the front face of the air conditioner condenser 9 or a radiator 8. A relief mechanism 12 is provided for tilting the pair of ribs 10 away from the radiation fin when the pair of ribs 10 contact the rigid portions M in association to deformation of the bumper main body 4 or the bumper grill 6.
