PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a welding failure due to the deviation of a mountable leg part (a welded part) having a small weld area from being generated when a long first resin molding and a long second resin molding such as an instrument panel and an air duct are vibration-welded. SOLUTION: The resin molding consists of a first resin molding and a second resin molding, either of which has a plurality of mountable leg parts supported by a support jig of a vibration welder and further, is of such a structure that the leg parts are welded to one of the resin moldings by vibrating the other resin molding. In addition, a projecting part for welding which is orthogonal with the vibrating direction is formed on the end face of the mountable leg part provided on either of the resin moldings and a rib 84 which is the end face of at least a part 8 of the mountable leg part and fits to the support jig, is formed in the support jig side direction. In addition, the rib 84 is structured of a reinforcing rib 86 provided in the vibration direction and a rib 85 for restraining its deviation which is formed in a direction orthogonal with the vibration direction and is longer than the reinforcing rib 86. Thus the support structure of the resin molding which is vibration-welded is formed of the described constituent elements.
