PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate excellent in adhesion and capable of reconciling heat resistance and moldability. SOLUTION: A laminate is constituted by laminating a resin layer (A) constituted of a polyamide resin and a resin layer (B) constituted of a styrenic resin containing at least one reactive group selected from a carboxyl group, an acid anhydride group and an epoxy group and the interlaminar peel strength of the resin layer (A) and the resin (B) is 100 g/15 mm or more. The concentration of the terminal amino group of the polyamide resin of the resin layer (A) may be 40 mmol/kg or more and the content of the reactive group of the resin layer (B) may be 0.1 mol/kg or more. The reactive group-containing styrenic resin of the resin layer (B) may be a copolymer consisting of at least a styrenic monomer and a reactive group-containing monomer.
