PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of which the structure is simple, and which can quickly extract a liquid while a liquid extraction device which is used in a bathroom or a wash room to take out a liquid such as a liquid detergent from the container has a complicated mechanism, and also, has a structure being structurally hard to keep a balance when the device is supported. SOLUTION: At a stationary location of the sucking/discharging operation section for a liquid, a valve disc for the suction/discharging is provided on the top and bottom or the right and left ends of a casing wherein the stationary sucking/discharging operation section is located. Thus, an elastically pressing means for the prevention of a non-return is eliminated from the valve disc.
