PURPOSE: A system for adjusting the sound using a computer is provided to tune a specific sound to wanted frequency band by receiving a specific sound from the exterior and analyzing a frequency spectrum and displaying the frequency value on a displaying device. CONSTITUTION: A specific sound is received from the exterior, and a frequency spectrum of the sound is analyzed(S1). For example, a reference sound as a "do" is inputted through a mike. One sound is converted into a digital signal. The inputted specific sound is compared with a standard frequency setting value stored in a memory, and the inputted specific sound is tuned into a wanted frequency band(S2). For example, a "do" sound inputted from the exterior is compared with a "do" sound stored in the standard frequency setting value stored in the memory, and tuned. The sound tuned into wanted frequency band is transmitted to the exterior(S3). For example, the tuned "do" sound is confirmed by a speaker. The above stages are displayed through a display screen(S4).
