PURPOSE: A warm air circulator using corn as fuel and an operation system thereof are provided to simplify the structure and obtain a maximum heating efficiency at a low cost by using cheap corn as fuel, wherein the corn has lots of oil for complete burning so that the harmful incomplete burnt gas is removed. CONSTITUTION: A warm air circulating method using corn as fuel includes the steps of injecting corn as fuel in a hopper(8), supplying the corn stored in the hopper to an oven(6) by a conveyor screw(10), burning the corn in the oven, heating a warm air generating part(4) by heat generated in the process of burning the corn and fuel gas, discharging burnt gas generated by the heating of the warm air generating part, discharging warm air into a room by operating a fan in the heated warm air generating part, and separating the air from the burnt gas discharged by the burning of the corn by the single fan to carry out the intake and discharge of air simultaneously by an air separation/air pressure control part.
