PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a convey screw without axis is provided to apply tension of a screw with the axis to a screw without the axis by manufacturing the screw without the axis with forming a soft alloy steel board, in which components of vanadium, nitrogen and aluminum are added. CONSTITUTION: In the convey screw without axis, steel with the weight of 98.28 percent, silicon with the weight of 0.23 percent, manganese with the weight of 1.01 percent, phosphorus with the weight of 0.027 percent, sulfur with the weight of 0.014 percent, vanadium with the weight of 0.05 percent, nitrogen with the weight of 0.009 percent and aluminum with the weight of 0.23 percent are included. The soft alloy steel board is heated with the temperature of 800-1300 deg.C. The convey screw is formed by that the soft alloy steel board, which becomes soft in the progress of heating, is wound with the screw type and is cooled in the normal temperature.
