PURPOSE: The system for a banner advertisement on demand and method for operating the same are provided to maximize the efficiency of the advertisement, to offer a friendly advertisement service to a user, and to perform more effective target advertisement business. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a user computer(10), a web server(30), an image generation server(40), and a member management server(50). The user connects to the web server via the internet by using a web browser of the user computer. The web server performs a login process for the member authentication. The image server adds a generated image to a basic image and then builds a service image for the banner advertisement on demand. The member management server writes, stores, and maintains the member information through a DB(60). The service image, which comes from the generated image and basic image, is displayed on the web browser of the user computer by the operation method of the web server, image server, and member management server.
