PURPOSE: A method for selling a fixed deposit/installment deposit at the auction using the internet is provided to enable an auctioneer and a decided bidder to financially make a profit by putting products such as a determined fixed deposit/installment deposit for auction, and by bidding for the products. CONSTITUTION: An auction/bid server always maintains a connection state of an internet(S20). The server judges whether a personal computer is connected through the internet(S22). The server transmits an initial guidance screen to the personal computer(S24). The server judges whether a member or not according to information inputted from the personal computer(S26). In case that an identification code or a password isn't inputted, a user is enrolled(S28). The server enables the member to select an auction or a bid(S30). The member inputs information on an article for sale at auction(S32). The server makes all sorts of calculation information a database, and stores the information in the database(S34). The server transmits detailed items of the article to the personal computer(S36). The member applies for participating in the bid(S40). The server makes an amount of the bid a database, and stores the amount in the database(S42).
