摘要 PURPOSE: A vacuum type encapsulating apparatus is provided to offset a difference between process time for which encapsulant is dotted and process time for which the encapsulant is filled in a vacuum state, by increasing a progression distance of a rotating belt in a dispensing chamber, and by including a magazine in a dispensing chamber, or the dispensing chamber and a post-chamber. CONSTITUTION: A loader(142) where carrier frames are stacked is supplied. A pre-chamber(144) is connected to the loader, and the pressure of the pre-chamber is controlled. A dispensing chamber(150) is connected to the pre-chamber and maintains a vacuum state. The dispensing chamber has a dispenser(152) for dotting encapsulant over the carrier frame and a rotating belt(158) for conveying the carrier frame. A post-chamber(146) is connected to the dispensing chamber, and the pressure of the post-chamber is controlled. The carrier frames are contained in an unloader(148) connected to the post-chamber. Transfer units transfer the carrier frames to the loader, the pre-chamber, the dispensing chamber, the post-chamber and the unloader, respectively. The dispenser is formed on a surface facing the pre-chamber, corresponding to a position of the rotating belt. The rotating belt has a predetermined progression distance to guarantee the time for the dotted encapsulant to be filled.
