PURPOSE: A VLD sampler is provided to accurately pick a sampler of large diameter more than 300mm required for various indoor dynamic tests in a deep sea without a disturbance. CONSTITUTION: A VLD sampler includes an inner tube(5) moving vertically and divided by a cutting part(4) in an outer case(1) having a jetting device. The jetting device has a guide pipe(6) and a connection pipe(2) at an upper end, four water filling pipes formed vertically and a jetting pipe(9) formed laterally. High pressure water provided into the connection pipe is injected to an injection hole(10) formed in the jetting pipe. The outer case has a plurality of discharge hole(11) for discharging slime to the outside, four shoes(12) mounted on a hinge part(13) to be bent inwardly and a wire rope(14) connected at a lower end of the shoes to be pulled upwardly. The wire rope is mounted on an upper side through a rope guide hole(16) of a rope guide(5) and a guide pipe(6). An inner tube(5) is symmetrically formed centering the cutting part and coupled with a coupling band(17).
