PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a hollow-type candy, which is characterized by forming a candy shell by cold-pressing, packing the candy shell with various contents such as crystallized carbonic candies by a packing machine, and covering another candy shell on the candy shell by an adsorption device of a vacuum pad. CONSTITUTION: The method is as follows: (i) removing debris particles from a dissolved mixture of sugar, starch syrup and water and maintaining a storage tank at 100-120deg.C; (ii) supplying a fixed amount of the mixture little by little to a concentration tank under 0-760mmHg of vacuum pressure at 110-150deg.C and condensing the mixture to contain 1-4% of water; (iii) adding spices, acid or coloring matters to the concentrate and settling the mixture syrup in a hopper; (iv) depositing a fixed amount of the mixture through a nozzle hole of a piston at 135-150deg.C to one or two third of a candy mold; (v) forming a candy shell(21) by pressing the candy compound in the mold for 5-10sec and cooling to less than 50deg.C; and then (vi) putting crystallized carbonic candies(22) in the candy shell and combining the resulting candy with another prepared candy shell before cooling the candy mixture to 10-18deg.C.
