<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of effectively utilizing polyethylene-based film waste materials for promoting recycling thereof and to provide a garbage collecting bag obtained by using the method. SOLUTION: In this polyethylene-based translucent garbage collecting bag, pellet type polyethylene film waste materials are formed into a film at a prescribed temperature by a film forming machine.</p> |
