PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very convenient but non-existing door, window, or the like which can be opened and locked at a prescribed angle. SOLUTION: A piston 2 is fitted in a sealed cylinder 8 to be partitioned into one chamber 3 and the other chamber 4, one and other ports 11, 12 are arranged for making fluid go in and out of the one and other chambers 3, 4, a lock mechanism 5 is provided so that a piston rod 9 projecting outside the cylinder 8 is installed on the piston 2, a communicating passage 6 is arranged for communicating the one chamber 3 with the other chamber 4, and a solenoid valve 7 is provided for conducting/cutting off the fluid flowing between the one chamber 3 and the other chamber 4 via the communicating passage 6.
