PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-unseal plastic package having an inner layer comprising a laminate material which is a nonwoven fabric layer wherein the package can be unsealed easily without fluff or fiber scattering, and to provide a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The plastic package having an inner layer comprising a laminate material which is a nonwoven fabric layer is equipped with a part which has been treated to be easy to unseal by melting and setting the nonwoven fabric layer at a seal of the plastic package.
