MOISTURE-CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moisture-curable resin composition having high curing rate, and excellent in preservation stability by preventing the viscosity from increasing when preserving the composition. SOLUTION: This moisture-curable resin composition is characterized by (a) a urethane prepolymer having at least two isocyanate groups bonded to tertiary carbons in the molecule, (b) a ketimine compound synthesized from a ketone having substituent at theα-position and a polyamine and (c) at least one kind selected from a group comprising a phosphorous ester, a phosphine and a malonic diester, included therein.
