摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: A knocking can be generated between a calculation timing and a next calculation timing of the ignition timing since when the operating condition of an engine is changed due to acceleration, etc., the calculated ignition timing becomes an ignition timing which does not reflect the changed operating condition. SOLUTION: In the ignition timing control method for internal combustion engine in which calculation timing for calculating the ignition timing is set for every cylinder in a multiple cylinder internal combustion engine, and based on the engine speed and the intake pipe pressure at the calculated ignition timing, the ignition timing is calculated, the operating condition of the internal combustion engine is detected, and when the detected operating condition is in a low speed operated state, and at least the intake pipe pressure is changed to high load side, the ignition timing is recalculated based on the intake pipe pressure at least at the time point of the timing except the previous calculation timing, and the recalculated ignition timing is applied to a cylinder which is firstly ignited after the recalculation.
