PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition that has excellent dispersion of silicone powder as a component in the composition, shows excellent delustering effect, slipperiness, and soft touch without scratching and is suitably useful as a coating material or coating agent for paper, plastic film, plastics, rubber, metals and the like. SOLUTION: Spherical fine particles of silicone rubber are coated with polyrganosilsesquioxane resin and the coated composite silicone powder is formulated to give the objective coating composition.
