摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micromanipulator capable of making a coordinate of a point of an operation needle agreed with a matter to be machined only by a monitoring system from the upper or lower direction. SOLUTION: According to one configuration of the present invention, this micromanipulator comprises an operation needle, a supporting part having a mechanism for driving one end of the operation needle with a variable angle, a driving means for horizontally and vertically driving the supporting part, an angle detecting means for detecting an angle of the operation needle to the supporting part, a supporting table for supporting a matter to be operated by the operation needle, a distance measuring means for measuring a distance between the supporting part and the supporting table, and a distance input means for inputting a distance between a point of the operation needle and a designated part of the supporting table, an angle of the operation needle to the supporting part is controlled on the basis of the distance measured value form the distance measuring means and an angle detected value from the angle detecting means for keeping the distance between the point part of the operation needle and the supporting table at a distance between the point of the operation needle and the designated part of the supporting table input by the distance input means.
