PURPOSE: An electronic commerce method is provided to construct real cadastral data such as a road, a store position, or a land site over the internet, and to sell the virtual store or land to real owners so that it enables the real owners to use real world identifiers such as a phone number or an address based on the cadastral data. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a server receiving purchase applications and certification documents from real world owners, and determining installment sales for the real world owners(S10), the server including the installment data in layers classified according to sale purpose and allocating a regular sized server to the owners(S12), the owners loading a home page(S14), the owner paying for the virtual estate by using an online payment method(S16), and the owner performing an electronic commerce activity with consumers over the internet(S20). The consumer selects a position on a business map, displays a home page of a specific store or company located at the position, browses supplied commodities or services and purchases the commodities or reserves the services.
