PURPOSE: A personal scheduling system is provided to notify a user of schedules by using an SMS(Short Message Service) of a cellular phone over the internet so that it enables the user to keep promises. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises steps of a user storing personal promise data or schedule table at a database in an internet service site, the user designating a notification time for each schedule, the internet service site sending the schedule data to a cellular phone via the SMS over the internet on the designated notification time, and the user checking the transmitted schedule or promise data on an LCD of the cellular phone.
