PURPOSE: A rubber roll having high coefficient of friction is provided to rapidly transfer an object to a desired position without damage and without sliding. CONSTITUTION: A rubber roll having high coefficient of friction includes a grain rubber(A) and a base rubber(B) having different hardness in a roll surface. The rubber is a mixed rubber of 2-phase made in such a manner that the base rubber of continuous phase contains the grain rubber of discontinuous phase. The mixed rubber is manufactured by mixing the base rubber of 100weight and the grain rubber of 10¯80weight. The grain rubber particle is irregular in size and 0.1mm¯10mm in equivalent diameter.
