发明名称 METHOD FOR EFFICIENTLY IMPROVING GLOSSINESS OF ALUMINUM MATERIAL
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently improving the glossiness of an aluminum material by abrasive-grain electropolishing using alumina. SOLUTION: An abrasive member consisting of a viscoelastic body such as urethane foam is rotated on the surface of an aluminum material in a 0.5-10 wt.% dilute electrolyte by using a free fine abrasive grain of alumina, an electrolyzing current is applied at a low current density of 5-11 mA/cm2 to conduct abrasive-grain electropolishing, and the surface glossiness is improved. Accordingly, the glossiness of the aluminum material is efficiently improved without polluting environment by this method by using inexpensive alumina as the abrasive grain and utilizing slight electrolysis far from the improvement of roughness.</p>
