PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronously rotate an upper-stage wind turbine and a lower-stage wind turbine inversely to each other even in a case of a weak wind and to sufficiently exhibit the role as a structure for admiration. SOLUTION: This wind power generating equipment is provided with a synchronous rotation means (a friction wheel 81 for synchronous rotation, a gear 84 for synchronous rotation, a magnetic wheel 87 for synchronous rotation) synchronously rotating the upper-stage wind turbine 21 and the lower-stage wind turbine 11. The winding core of the coil 33 of an armature rotor 30 is set to a hollow one and its whole body is so molded as covered with synthetic resin.
