PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a depositing material from depositing and condensing in a pump even if liquid containing the depositing material such as slurry and the like is used. SOLUTION: An axially retractabie bellows 7 is provided in a pump body 1 so that it drivingly and retractabiy moves with its axial line B set vertical and forms a liquid compartment 9 on the inside of the bellows 7. A suction opening 18 and a discharge opening 19 are provided on the bottom surface 4a facing the liquid compartment 9 of the pump body 1. Liquid is to be sucked into the liquid compartment 9 from the suction opening 18 by the extensible movement of the bellows 7 and the liquid is to be discharged from the liquid compartment 9 from the discharge opening 19 by the contractible movement of the bellows 7. The inner bottom surface 4a of the liquid compartment 9 is formed into a conical shape having a downward slant toward the discharge opening 19. Accordingly, liquid containing a depositing material such as slurry and the like does not accumulate on the inner bottom surface 4a, and it can be always and smoothly discharged toward the discharge opening 19 along the downward slant surface of the inner bottom surface 4a.
