PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning unit for an automobile having a simple opening/closing structure of a door for opening/closing two kinds of blow outlets for different places to be blown against and capable of decreasing air-flow resistance of the door. SOLUTION: A first door 23 adapted to open/close the blow outlet 32 is mounted on one kind of the blow outlets 32. A second door 24 adapted to open/ close the blow outlet 33 is mounted on another kind of the blow outlets 33. The first door 23 and the second door 24 are cantilevered by a rotational shaft 25 to rotate the doors 23 and 24. A phase difference is put between the first door 23 and the second door 24 such that the second door 24 is positioned at an opening position along an inner wall face of a draft trunk 60 to open the blow outlet 33 when the first door 23 closes the blow outlet 32 and that the first door 23 is positioned at the opening position along the inner wall face of the draft trunk 60 to open the blow outlet 32 when the second door 24 closes the blow outlet 33.
