PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally control an instruction manual of an apparatus of radiog raphy and a table of conditions of radiography which is indispensable for an operation of the apparatus. SOLUTION: Spaces of pages P1-P3 of the instruction manual are subjected to lamination and transparent films are affixed thereon, while the transparent film is not affixed to the space of the final page P4, but only the upper and lower edge parts thereof are stuck to the space with a double-faced tape. Thereby a pocket-like holding bag 2 having an insertion opening 3 on the lateral side is formed of the film. By putting appropriate memos such as the radiography condition table 10 of conditions of radiography or the like in the holding bag 2 so that they can be inserted and pulled out, they can be controlled integrally with the instruction manual.
