PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of a strange noise caused by a flow dividing rib. SOLUTION: In this air duct, a center duct 11 and side ducts 12 branched therefrom are provided, a ceiling face of the center duct 11 is composed of an inner wall face 159 of an instrument panel 15 and the flow dividing rib 13 is erected thereon, and is constituted thereby to make flow-in air from a vehicular air conditioner 10 divided into the two side ducts 12 and a center resistor 151 provided in the instriment panel 15. A surface of the rib 13 is coated with a resin layer 14, and a space between the ceiling face and a tip 131 of the rib 13 is formed into a curved face by the resin layer 14.
