PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional picture book having a front cover provided with a back cover so that glued parts are not exposed. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional picture book has a plurality of pages each consisting of two pieces affixed together; connecting pieces for interconnecting the adjacent lower ends of the pages except front cover portions, each of the connecting pieces having an upwardly folding line bisecting the angle at which the adjacent pages are opened apart; and three-dimensional pieces on the connecting pieces. When one of the front cover portions is closed, the three-dimensional pieces are folded and the three-dimensional picture book assumes the form of an ordinary book. The picture book has a back and is provided with a means for adjusting the distance of the width of the back when the front cover portions are 360 degrees opened apart and arranged in adjoining relationship. The means for adjusting the distance of the width of the back interleaves strips between the outsides of the pages serving as the front cover portions, and maintains the strips in an unfixed, free condition so that when the front cover portions are opened apart, the strips are interleaved by the distance of the back.
