PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Tp realize an automatic washing system which precisely operates and does not need an external power source. SOLUTION: A toilet stool (in the case of a Western style toilet) or a step (in the case of a Japanese style toilet) for supporting the weight of a user is shifted a little differently at the time of not using and at the time of using. Shifting force at the time of using is transmitted to the rotary shaft of a motor for driving washing mechanism through a power transmission mechanism which serves as an electric generator and the generated power is charged to a capacitor or a secondary battery. Then, reverse shifting force after finishing the use is detected in order to switch a circuit and the charged energy is applied to the motor to execute washing automatically.
