PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability on the prevention of the leakage of ink from a string feeding-out part at the carrying or preserving of an ink-pot and to reduce the cost for the exchange of a fixing piece. SOLUTION: An elastic member 8 made of a rubber material is mounted on an inner periphery of a string feeding-out part 13 of a shell case 2 in closely contact therewith. A fixing piece holding hole 82 having a cylindrical face capable of press fitting a basic part of a string connecting part 71b of a handle of a fixing piece 7, is formed on the elastic member 8. An ink application string 5 is taken up on a string winding reel 2, the handle 71 of the fixing piece 7 is press fitted to an inner periphery of the elastic member 8 of the string feeding-out part 13, and a basic part outer peripheral surface of the string connecting part 71b of the handle 71 is face contacted with an inner peripheral surface of the holding hole 82 of the elastic member through a proper fastening margin over the whole periphery, whereby the fixing piece 7 can be firmly held. As this ink-pot dispenses with a means for preventing the leakage of ink for the fixing piece 7, its structure can be simplified.
