PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to drink always us a beverage at an appropriate temperature at a table. SOLUTION: A cylinder 20 is formed by an outer cylinder 21 and an inner cylinder 22. At this time, a length of the cylinder can be adjusted while the inner cylinder 22 can be slid. In addition, the outer cylinder 21 and the inner cylinder 22 are made of double-layer structure having an outer layer 23 (21a, 22a) and an inner layer 24 (21b, 22b), wherein heat (either cold heat or hot heat) from an electronic heating or cooling element 31 such as a Peltier element or the like arranged below the structure is transmitted from its entire surface to beverage. With such an arrangement as above, either efficient cooling or heating can be performed at a table or the like to make it possible to always drink the beverage at an appropriate temperature.
