PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fill a space of notched corner parts at four corners of a panel 5 to be fitted to a stay, etc., of a partition device in an attachable/ detachable manner. SOLUTION: An edge part comprising a side plate 10a with an edge piece inwardly bent and a rear plate 10b with a rear edge of the side plate 10a bent parallel to a face side plate 10 is formed on four peripheral edges of the face side plate 10 of the metal panel 5, and the rear plate 10b at four corners is notched to form open parts 12. Synthetic resin corner members 13 fitted to the corner parts comprise block parts 13a to fill the open parts 12, flat plats 14 which are continuous thereto and abutted on a reverse side of the face side plate 10, and projections 15 which are formed on the corner parts of the block parts 13 to fill the notched corner parts 11 of the face side plate 10, and the flat plates 14 are held by body blocks 16a and 17a of stoppers 16 and 17 with an engagement claw protruded backward, pressed between the face side plate 10 and the rear plate 10b, and stopped thereby in a non-detachable manner.
