PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block for water permeable pavement which can be produced easily, having excellent durability where cracking or chipping hardly occurs, its production method and water-permeable paved slab. SOLUTION: Concrete having fluidity is poured in a hollow section of a concrete form and concrete is formed centrifugally into the form, a dense, water-impermeable concrete layer 2 is provided at the outer side, and a block 1, having a water-permeable concrete layer 3 at the inner side of the water- impermeable concrete layer 2 is produced by this method. The water-permeable paving slab is made by using the blocks 1.
