PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the attaching structure of a mold for vulcanizing and molding tire capable of effectively preventing a part of a tire rubber material from overflowing without generating gaps between respective pieces and between the pieces and a back block at the vulcanization and capable of developing sufficient function as a spewless mold. SOLUTION: In such a structure that a plurality of pieces 1 made of aluminum are attached to a steel back block 2, the pieces 1a positioned at the central part in the peripheral direction of the back block 2 are fixed to the back block 2 by a plurality of positioning bolts 3 and the pieces 1b positioned on both end surface sides of the back block 2 are fixed to the back block 2 by draw bolts 5 through spring washers 4. By this constitution, the degree of freedom is provided to thermal expansion at a time of vulcanization and a tight-fitting structure can be formed between the respective pieces 1a, 1b and the back block by a difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion.
