PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintenance of system and fix posture of a guide assembly. SOLUTION: A cylindrical saddle 2 holding a guide 10 for rolling is set to a supporting part 1a of a rest bar so as to move longitudinally by a shift cylinder, a saddle clamp cylinder 11 is attached to the bottom of the saddle, a clamp 12 attached to a rod 11a of the saddle clamp cylinder can be inserted to a hollow 1b for the clamp of the saddle, a guide clamp cylinder 13 is attached to the saddle 2, a guide plate 14 is connected to a rod 13a of the guide clamp cylinder, the guide plate is attached to the saddle so as to be rotatable around a supporting shaft 15, and a hook 14a of the guide plate can fix a lower part 10a of the guide assembly.
