PURPOSE: A portable VOD(Video On Demand) system is provided to transmit and restore data stably and to reduce the cost for constructing a system using a low band frequency. CONSTITUTION: Broadcasting contents servers(10, 20) are provided for storing video files and audio files, respectively. A PC which is a server manager checks a list wanted by a user or all sorts of reservation states and the corresponding data list to the servers(10, 20). An exchanger(60) oscillates video files or audio files provided from the servers(10, 20) into video signals and audio signals through a network(50). As the network(50), an ATM switching device or a high speed ethernet switching device is provided. The video signals and audio signals oscillated from the exchanger(60) are transmitted to a personal mobile terminal(80) through a base station(70) and restored as video signals and audio signals. |
