PURPOSE: A recycling device fumigates waste tire in low cost to produce activated carbon, CONSTITUTION: A recycling device comprises a waste tire storage part(2), a gas circulating pipeline system, a fumigation room(1), an ignition device, a forcing suction device and a furnace(18). The gas circulating pipeline system circulates flammable gas(7) generated from ignited waste tires(3). The fumigation room(1) has a driver circulating the flammable gas(7) sealed therein. The forcing suction device communicates with the fumigation room(1) to forcingly discharge flammable gas(7) outside of the fumigation room(1). The furnace(18) communicates with the forcing suction device.
