PURPOSE: A system and method for serving the real estate auction information via the communication network is provided to offer a user the information on demand, and to get the information even at desirable time and any place by using a telephone. CONSTITUTION: The system for serving the real estate information is built(S1). The user chooses the desirable information from the system by using the telephone(S2). An information provider offers the user the custom-made information, that is stored to a DB and selected via a headset(S3). A rate-settling device counts the time that the user uses the telephone, in other words, that the telephone of the user is connected with the communication device(S4). The rate-settlement device imposes the rate, responding to the counted time, on the user, and delivers the money except a commission to the information provider(S5) |
