PURPOSE: An electric fan is provided to blow wind in the range of 360 degrees without any additional rotation elements and selectively restrain the wind blowing range locally, wherein motors are mounted in a dual-stage at upper and lower parts for separately blowing wind from the upper or lower part. CONSTITUTION: An electric fan includes a cylindrical part(1) mounted uprightly on a base part(12) and formed with many through holes(11), more than one driving motor(2) having a motor shaft mounted on the cylindrical part longitudinally, many fans(3) axially mounted onto a motor fan of the driving motors to blow wind in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical part, a wind pressure control element(4) for maintaining the balance of the wind pressure blown to the outside of the cylindrical part, and wind direction control elements(5) mounted along the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part to locally open or close the through holes.
