PURPOSE: Provided is a device for eliminating an electromagnetic wave generated from various electronic equipment, electric power facilities, a water vein, and minerals by using gold, silver, copper, a ceramic, and pearl powder. CONSTITUTION: The electromagnetic wave eliminating device is produced by a process comprising the steps of: laminating a gold powder plate(100) coating the surface of a transparent film(1) with a gold powder layer(2), a copper powder plate(200) coating the surface of the transparent film(1) with a copper powder layer(3), a ceramic plate(300) coating the surface of the transparent film(1) with a ceramic layer(4), a pearl powder plate(400) coating the surface of the transparent film(1) with a pearl powder layer(5), the ceramic plate(300), the pearl powder plate(400), and a silver powder plate(500) coating the surface of the transparent film(1) with a silver powder layer(6) in regular order; heat-attaching transparent vinyl(600) to the surfaces of the lamination; attaching an adhesive layer(7) and a protecting paper(8) to the bottom of the transparent vinyl(600); coating the upper part of the transparent vinyl(600) with an epoxy resin.
