PURPOSE: An antistatic tile manufacturing method is provided to prevent scratches and to prevent static electricity effectively by combining hard films on the surface of a conductive mat. CONSTITUTION: An antistatic tile manufacturing method comprises the steps of: manufacturing a hard upper film(10), a conductive mat(12) adhered with the upper film and a hard lower film(14) adhered to the lower part of the conductive mat with the same materials and resins; placing the upper film on the conductive mat, then putting in a molding machine or a metal mold to locate the lower film on the lower part of the conductive mat; and after forming a conductive mat layer, an upper film layer, and a lower film layer respectively, completing an antistatic tile by pressing under heat in the molding machine or metal form.
