PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability, to downsize an apparatus and to simplify the structure. SOLUTION: A guide rail 42 on which a guide channel 50 is provided is formed of a vertical part 42a, a curved part 42b and a straight line part 42c. In a plate holding part 41 provided with a suction pad 45, rollers 48 inserted in the guide channel 50 are freely rotatably supported. A driving lever 52 being freely slidable in an inserting hole 46 of the plate holding tool 41 is pivoted on a driving shaft 51 and this driving shaft 51 is rotated by means of two actuators 43A and 43B. The plate holding tool 41 is positioned at a point A, a point B or a point C by driving selectively two actuators 43A and 43B. A new plate is held on the plate holding tool 41 at the point A and the new plate is inserted into a plate vise on a hooking side of the plate cylinder. |
