PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation structure capable of reducing the wear of a spindle gear and serving semipermanently without turning it into consumables. SOLUTION: In this drill head for rotary percussion drill provided with a hammersub 2 transmitting a rotation force and a hitting force to a drill rod and a spindle gear 1 fitted in outer periphery of the hammersub 2 slidably to transmit a rotation force to the hammersub, a plurality of pins 16 for transmitting a rotation force between the hammersub 2 and a spindle 1 are provided at an interval in the peripheral direction.
