PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide device of an overhang door capable of securing a stroke and rigidity required for a lift and requiring no deep embedding hole. SOLUTION: In this guide device 1 of an overhang door having a lift 3 built in a case 2 arranged on a floor surface and arranged so as to be capable of freely projecting/retreating for performing a travel guide by inserting the tip part in a projecting state into a traveling groove formed on a lower end surface of an overhang door body, the lift 3 is provided with a lift body 4 having the upper end part inserted into the traveling groove and a holder being installed in the case 2 so as to be freely slidable or extensible/contractible and holding the lift body 4 so as to be freely liftable.
