PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be excellent in operability, to miniaturize an apparatus, and to reduce cost of the apparatus. SOLUTION: A puncture sealing agent introduction part 4 having a pressurization port 3 to which a high pressure source P is connected and a sealing agent discharge part 6 having a take-out port 5 from which the sealing agent G is discharged are formed in a housing part 2 for housing the sealing agent. The introduction part 4 allows the first burst membrane body 22 which prevents the outflow of the sealing agent G and is broken by high pressure air to exist in an inflow hole part 21 connected with the port 3 and the housing part 2. The discharge part 6 allows the second burst membrane body 32 which prevents the outflow of the sealing agent G and is broken by high pressure air to exist in an outflow hole part 31 connected with the port 5 and the housing part 2.
