PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying method attracting substance dissolved in water in an ionized state by electrolysis, concentrating and efficiently treating it with a photo-catalyst, and an applied instrument using the method. SOLUTION: This patent is related to a water purifying method and by impressing specified voltage on an electrode 1 installed in water 2, ionized substance in water is concentrated in the circumference of the electrode 1, and the concentrated substance is decomposed by the photo-catalyst installed in the vicinity of the electrode 1.
