PURPOSE: The titled noodle obtained by using corn as a main material and other cereals such as black rice, soybean, sesame or the like is provided, which helps to maintain health and has an effect on preventing disease of adult people. CONSTITUTION: Corn is washed, milled, kneaded with water in a ratio of 25 to 10-11, boiled at 100deg.C for 2 to 3 sec, formed into noodles with a diameter of 0.5 to 3mm and dried to a moisture content of 5 to 30% by weight to produce the objective noodle. And black rice, soybean, sesame and wheat can be mixed with corn. |
