PURPOSE: A composition for treatment of skin disease in extensive range is provided, which cures or improves atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, ichthyosis, bacteria-infected skin disease, pruritus and erythema derived from pruritus, and skin wound, crack and ulcer. CONSTITUTION: The composition for treatment of skin disease in extensive range is comprised of: 30-90wt.% base or carrier for application on skin; 0.01-5.0wt.% sphingolipid long chain base(e.g., phytosphingosin, acetylphytosphingosin, tetraacetylphytosphingosin, hexanoylphytosphingosin, or acetylphytosphingosin phosphate); 0.001-1.0wt.% lisophosphatidylic acid; and 1-40wt.%. organic or inorganic additives(ceramide:cholesterol:fatty acid=40-60%:20-30%:20-30% based on the normal skin composition) The composition can be prepared in the form of a cream, a lotion, an ointment, a cosmetic water, an essence, a body wash or a shampoo.
