PURPOSE: A selector lever unit excludes interference and improves operation and gearshift quality. CONSTITUTION: A selector lever unit includes a guide rail(6) and a guide rod(9). The guide rail(6) constituted with a bar member bended in a ring has a guide groove(7) on the side surface thereof and both ends fixed on a main frame. The guide rod(9) is constituted with a rod member with circular section to be inserted into the guide groove(7) of the guide rail(6) and has one end fixed to one side of a selector lever(2). the guide rod(9) is slidingly inserted and detached by the guide groove(7) to exclude interference and reduce or exclude frictional area.
